Install UVUNTU Health

Home-screen icon and appointment alerts on your lock screen.

Only install from uvuntu.com — check your address bar. Why this matters

A genuine UVUNTU install is only ever offered from uvuntu.com. If the address bar shows anything else — even something that looks similar, like uvuntu-health.com or uvunta.com — do not install, and do not log in.

The name and icon in the install dialog can be copied by anyone. Only the domain is verified by your browser.

iPhone & iPad
  1. Open uvuntu.comin Safari. (Other browsers on iOS can't install apps.)
  2. Tap Share at the bottom of Safari.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
  4. Open UVUNTU from the new icon, sign in, and turn on alerts in Settings → Notifications.

Notifications on iPhone need iOS 16.4 or newer, and only work when UVUNTU is opened from the home-screen icon — not from Safari.

Android
  1. Open uvuntu.com in Chrome.
  2. Open the menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Open UVUNTU from the new icon, sign in, and turn on alerts in Settings → Notifications.
Desktop — Chrome, Edge, Brave
  1. Open uvuntu.com in Chrome, Edge or Brave.
  2. Click the install icon at the right of the address bar, or open the browser menu and choose Install UVUNTU Health.

Firefox and Safari on macOS don't install web apps the same way. You can still bookmark the site and get notifications in the browser.

What you get after installing

  • Lock-screen alerts. Booking confirmations, reminders and cancellations arrive like any other app's.

  • One-tap access. UVUNTU lives on your home screen with its own icon.

  • Same security model. The installed app runs the exact same code as the website — no extra permissions, no extra data collection.

  • Verifiable origin. The install dialog always shows the domain. Only install if it reads uvuntu.com.

How to spot a fake UVUNTU
  • We will never email you a link to install from a domain other than uvuntu.com.
  • We will never ask for your password in a push notification. Push alerts only carry generic copy — no names, amounts or medical details.
  • We will never ask you to install from a link shared on WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS. If you receive one, verify by typing uvuntu.com directly into your browser instead.
